How It Works.

Step 1 — Book Your Appointment
Book online or by phone. Let us know you are an HMO patient when booking so we can prepare everything needed for your visit before you arrive.
Step 2 — Bring Your HMO Card
Present your valid HMO card on arrival at reception. Ensure your card is active and not expired — contact your HMO directly if you need a replacement before your visit.
Step 3 — Receive Your Care
Our team processes your HMO claim on your behalf. You receive the same thorough, expert eye care as every Procare Vision patient — we handle the paperwork.
